1. What is Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)?
Object-Oriented Programming is a programming paradigm centered around the concept of “objects,” which are instances of classes. 2. The Four Pillars of OOP
OOP is built on four fundamental principles, often referred to as the “four pillars” of OOP: Encapsulation, Abstraction, Inheritance, and Polymorphism.
a. Encapsulation
**Definition**: Encapsulation is the concept of bundling the data (attributes) and the methods (functions) that operate on the data into a single unit, known as a class. It also involves restricting access to certain details of an object, which is achieved through access modifiers (like private, protected, and public).
